Decide who gets in, and when

How we choose the hardware for each door

The lock that's right for your front entrance can be wrong for a stairwell, so we pick the hardware door by door, based on how each one is used and what code requires there. We pick the hardware door by door, based on how each one is used and what code requires there.

Front entrance

A card reader outside, and a motion sensor or exit button inside.

Anyone inside can always walk out, and the door locks again behind them.

Back and service doors

A card reader with a lock that stays locked if the power goes out.

A power cut shouldn't leave your back door open.

Stairwell and exit doors

Locks wired to your fire alarm, where code requires it.

In a fire they unlock so everyone can get out. If you need a fire alarm too, we install it, so one crew wires both and tests them together.

Gates

Card or phone access tied into the gate operator.

The gate follows the same schedules and the same entry log as your doors.

  • Schedules by door. Unlock for business hours and lock after, by role or by person.
  • Every site in one place. Add a site or move a manager without anyone driving out.
  • Cards, fobs, codes, and phones. Add, change, or remove them in seconds.

When someone leaves, their card stops working before they reach the parking lot

No changing locks, and no wondering who kept a key.

You turn their access off from a browser, and their card stops opening your doors. Every entry is logged with the person, the door, and the time, so you can see exactly who came in and when.

Need the record? Export the log when HR, an insurer, or the police ask.

Already have card readers? We can add to them or keep them running

Add a door, add a site, or get the system you have working right, if we work with that brand and the equipment isn't locked to the original installer. Send a few photos and we'll tell you your options.

What to send with your request

  • Photos of your readers and controller. Upload them right in the request form.
  • About how many doors are on it now.
  • What isn't working, or which doors you want to add.

Frequently asked questions

Does a proposal cost anything?

No. Proposals are free, with no obligation. Each one has a clear scope, so there are no surprise charges later.

Do I need engineered drawings to get a proposal?

No. If you have drawings, send them and we will bid to them. If you do not, photos and a short walkthrough video are usually enough for us to price the job. If we need to see the building first, we will let you know.

What happens when someone loses a card or leaves?

You turn their access off. No changing locks. You can add, change, or remove key cards, fobs, keypad codes, and phone credentials in seconds.

Can doors lock and unlock on a schedule?

Yes. Doors unlock during business hours and lock after. You can set access by role or by person, and change it from anywhere.

Do the doors release when the fire alarm goes off?

Where it is required, yes. We install card readers, electric strikes, mag locks, and gate controls to code, including release on fire alarm where required.

Do you handle more than access control?

Yes. We handle fire alarm, security, access control, cameras, and 24/7 monitoring. If you need more than one of them, they can go under one contract.
