How can we help?

Call or email and we’ll help with anything your building’s systems need.

In a fire or any emergency, call 911 first.

Outside office hours, your alarms are still watched 24/7 by COPS Monitoring, a UL‑listed central station.

Quick help

What to do about the things we get called about most.

  • Get everyone out and call 911. Don’t silence or reset the panel until the fire department says it’s safe.

  • Enter your code to disarm it. The central station calls your contact list first, so tell them it was a mistake.

  • It’s reporting a fault, like a power loss, a low battery, or a lost connection. Call us with what the display says and we’ll send a technician.

  • Turn off their card or alarm code yourself, the same day. Want us to do it? Give us a call.

  • Every report is in your customer portal. To book or move an inspection, call us.

Have these ready

It helps us fix things on the first call.

  1. Your business name and the site address, if you have more than one building.
  2. What the panel display says. A photo is even better.
  3. When it started, and anything that changed around that time.
